Happy International Day of Women and Girls in Science!

Today, we're celebrating the women that work at Omnia Projects and within our industry who are helping keep the lights on and shifting the UK to a Net Zero future.

We have seen huge improvements in the diversity of the workforce over recent years including more female engineers - but the skill shortage in our industry is still a significant cause for concern. It is more important than ever that we continue to promote STEM subjects and encourage women into the engineering profession.
