GIS Building Contruction Complete at Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant

Omnia Projects are the Owners Engineer (OE) for the 132kV Grid Connection of the Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant (LSEP) which is an 89MW Energy from Waste (EfW) plant near Cheshire.

This month we have achieved a significant milestone with the main external civils and building construction works completed on the GIS building. The installation of the HV equipment was completed earlier in the year, and so we are now commencing with the protection & control installation and HV cable installation with SPEN adoption currently planned for 2023.
