The Omnia Academy is aimed at those with no or little experience in the electricity & transmission industry. One of our experienced engineers will be assigned as a mentor to help guide you through a development programme consisting of active project involvement and classroom-based training which includes enrolment on a part-time HNC course. The programme is tailored to the individual, focussing on their strengths and interests whilst aligning to the requirements of the business.
